Seeking live-in manager for an updated, boutique-style, twelve-unit apartment building. The position will become available on September 1st, 2023. The manager’s apartment would be a newly-renovated two-bedroom, one-bathroom suite, located on the ground level.

Managerial duties and responsibilites would include/require:
- yard maintenance/gardening
- boiler checkup
- key management
- managing move-in inspections
- managing move-out inspections
- notice delivery
- pendo database knowledge
- managing email/phone inquiries
- paperwork
- updating reports
