Hello! I'm currently looking for a roommate, and it's important to me that we'll be a good fit. Here's a bit about myself: I'm 24 years old and have been living in PG since last September. This fall, I'll be starting my third year of nursing at UNBC. I have experience living with various roommates and have always enjoyed having someone to occasionally watch movies with or run errands together. I also have a 3-year-old cat named Bobbi, who can be a bit shy but is very friendly. The apartment has some great features, including all new kitchen appliances from 2022 and a fully furnished living room. However, the available bedroom is unfurnished. We'll be sharing one full bathroom and one half bathroom, as the full bathroom has the only shower/tub. The location is convenient, as it's less than a 10-minute drive from UNBC and less than 5 minutes from CNC. There are also bus stops within a short walking distance. Please note that a deposit and references are required. The rent includes Wi-Fi, but we'll split other utilities 50/50. Unfortunately, I can't consider any other pets.
