Runs nicely on new batteries and comes with a charger. I'm not certain if the charger effectively charges the batteries, so I prefer using separate battery chargers, which works great. However, it will need to be registered and insured due to its 60v power, providing a smooth and enjoyable riding experience until the unfortunate incident with the cops that ruined it for me. The scooter has never been registered, and it offers a low gear of 30 and a high gear of 50. I originally paid $1000 for it and now looking to sell it for $800. It includes a key fab alarm and is in excellent condition with no body damage, making it a perfect electric scooter for convenient rides around town. It also boasts ample storage space.
