A 3-bedroom house with an extra den and 1 bathroom in the Spruceland area will be available for rent starting October 1st. It's a great fit for a small family. We might consider pets, but smoking is not allowed. The house has a fenced backyard, and there's a separate area for cats or dogs by the side door. Inside, you'll find two living rooms, one on each floor, and a complete laundry room with a washer and dryer. We do ask tenants to take care of the outdoor space. To move in, you'll need to provide a half-month damage deposit, and if you have pets, a pet deposit might also be required.
