Education/Certifications: College Certificate or Diploma of two academic years with an emphasis in Biblical Studies, Music and/or Youth Ministries. An alternative combination of education and experience may be considered. Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of prior related experience. Current Safe Food Handlers Certification or willingness to obtain. Current CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain. Some requirements to work outside or in a variety of locations. This job requires reaching, bending, and stooping frequently, working in a standing position for periods of time. Dealing with difficult people and verbal abuse. Travel within/out city may be required. May require some weekend overnights. Willingness to work evenings and weekends to meet program needs. Flexibility in work schedule is required based on programming schedules. One week at Camp is required. May require lifting items of up to 40lbs.
