Description : We have a room for rent from November 1st. We'd prefer a female student. You'll need to pay for utilities and Wi-Fi. The room is in the basement, and it's pretty big for one person. It's very close to Spruceland Mall, and there's a bus (Bus 88) that goes directly to CNC. If you take the bus, it takes about 16-20 minutes to reach UNBC. Just a heads up, the room doesn't come with furniture. You'll need to bring your own stuff.
