Description : I got this car about a month ago, but it's got a bunch of issues. The frame is all rusted, and it makes a really loud noise when you drive (just the fan belt). The brakes are pretty much non-existent. It does run and drive, and it has winter tires, but I'd feel bad selling it as anything other than a car for spare parts.
