Description : A basement apartment is ready for rent starting March 1st, April, or May 1st. The monthly rent is $1150, and it covers utilities. The suite comes with laundry and Wi-Fi. It's close to a bus stop and Costco. It's in a family home, so we're seeking a responsible, quiet tenant who doesn't throw parties. Unfortunately, no dogs are allowed, but we might consider cats. Ideally, we prefer a 1-year lease, but we can discuss other options too
