Description : Summer Employment Opportunity Earn up to $19.00 per hour Sorting and Packaging Forest Tree Seedlings Ness Lake Forest Seedling Nursery Come join us this July to sort and package tree seedlings to replant the forests of BC! • Temporary full-time work approximately June 28 to July 31. • $18.00 per hour base pay plus up to $1.00 per hour attendance bonus. Our trees will become BC’s future forests for decades to come, providing clean air, water, wildlife habitat and help fight climate change. Attendance Bonus Attendance will be assessed on a weekly basis Monday through Friday. Employees with perfect weekly attendance will receive an additional $1.00 per hour to their base pay for each hour worked during the week. Perfect attendance means that for each weekday (Monday through Friday) the employee is present at the work site and completes the full 8-hour shift to 4:30pm with no missing time. For the first week of employment, the commencement of the week starts on the first day of work. The attendance bonus will be paid on each bi-weekly paycheck.
